Brief Background: Suman comes from the family of 4 members, her father is labour and mother is housewife, her younger brother had recently completed his ITI. She always had determination to prove to society that her disability is not a barrier to fulfill her dreams. During this pandemic she had become the strong pillar to her family.
Post completion of her Diploma, she was in search for a suitable job. During her struggle for a suitable Job she received a call from Saubhagya Foundation regarding Job oriented Skill training under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna (PMKVY) scheme. She was very excited to join the same to step ahead and fulfill her dream to become financially independent and support her family. She got herself enrolled in Customer Care Executive Job Role.

Now she is a proud employee of GVK EMRI family and able to support her family. 
Ms. Suman has encouraged many job aspirants to get themselves enrolled under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana to grow professional and personally.
